I'm not doing all that well with this Photo Friday thing I decided to do. But hey, I'm trying.

On a bright note, I baked cookies today! Like made the batter and everything cookies. Didn't turn out as well as I wanted them to, but they weren't bad. They were approved by someone who isn't me, so it wasn't as ciritcal of an opinion.

I'm also super proud of myself because I went hiking today! A work friend is apparently an avid hiker, and he took me to House Mountain. Because I'm tired of being fat and lazy and I need to be more active. Wore me out and I'm afraid my legs will be really sore tomorrow. But I did something somewhat new (only the second time I've really gone hiking) and I didn't fall off a cliff or anything. Hooray me! And the macro on my camera (Nikon coolpix S6200) is aaaawesome.
